So we are at the Arboretum....

Like us and every other parent in the metroplex, we took Carson to the Arboretum on Friday (actually since it's so close, I'm averaging about 3 times a week there lately..it's germ-free, exercise, and I don't have to wear makeup!)...Do you have any idea how hard it is to pose a newborn?  I feel like she's kermit the frog with in every picture with either my hand sticking out, she's eating dirt, or looking in the complete opposite direction. And group shots? Forget about it.  Papa Jon played paparazzi for us, no joke we had 450 pictures when we got home..Here are just a couple of my favs..

And finally a mother/daughter one...But as I mentioned, this is what you get when you try to pose for a group shot...And this was the best one out of like 20! But hey, candid shots are my favorite anyway...

So hard to believe she is going to be 7 weeks on Tuesday! She is really starting to come alive with her little personality and is so alert! She is starting to coo, blow bubbles, and even smile! I live for those moments! We tried out the Baby Bjorn for the first time today and she seems to love the Superman pose....Seriously, could she look anymore like Jason???
