Holiday..Celebrate!

I feel like she's the scene straight out of 'A Christmas Story' where the younger brother is bundled up by his mom leaving the house and can't move in his snowsuit (oh wait, that's actually my mother in law----LOVE YA! I kid, I kid..well kinda..) moving on...Welcome to me this morning. My poor child was likely sweating bullets by the time she got to Ms. Judy's...I'll give a brief recap of the past few weeks and all of the firsts.

First Thanksgiving! Homegirl loves her a carb (she's my daughter what can you say..), she's a huge fan of stuffing. And throwing it on the floor.

First Santa visit: We had the ultimate hook-up, a home visit from Santa! Clearly she is impressed....

We welcomed 2 new BFF's this week! Last Friday Kaitlyn Shaffer made her debut at 9.9lbs and this past Monday I introduce to you Roman Jeffery who debuted at 9.1..Big babies lately girls! Jolie asked me if I was going to try to one up them by going for a 10 pounder..Lordy, I think this is one competition I'll pass on...

My favorite part (besides their feet) about babies is watching the change in the guys. I have watched so many of our friends literately transform overnight from 'guys' to fathers. It's just awesome. I love seeing that soft, tender side come out in the new dads. The way they look at their little ones and the sweetness in their actions towards the new babies...It just makes you love them even more....Merry Merry, have a great weekend!
